1. Services

Spacedrop provides B2B courier and delivery services across Canada, including but not limited to:

• Same-day delivery

• Rush delivery

• Healthcare courier services

• Legal document delivery

Service availability may vary by location.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business clients only. By using our services, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of a business entity.

3. Bookings & Accuracy of Information

Customers must provide accurate pickup, delivery, and contact details.
Spacedrop is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices may vary based on distance, urgency, weight, and service type

• All charges are communicated before or at the time of booking

• Invoices must be paid as per agreed terms

• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

• Traffic conditions

• Weather

• Operational constraints

• Force majeure events

6. Prohibited Items

Customers must not ship:

• Illegal or prohibited items

• Hazardous materials (unless explicitly agreed)

• Items restricted by Canadian law

Spacedrop reserves the right to refuse shipments at its discretion.

7. Liability & Limitation

• Spacedrop’s liability is limited to the courier charges paid for the specific delivery

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

8. Insurance

Unless otherwise stated, shipments are not insured by default. Customers are responsible for arranging insurance if required.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

• Same-day or urgent bookings may not be eligible for cancellation

• Refunds, if applicable, are issued at Spacedrop’s discretion

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, and materials belong to Spacedrop Courier and may not be used without written permission.

11. Advertising & Google Ads Compliance

Spacedrop follows Google Ads policies, including:

• Transparent business identity

• Clear pricing and service descriptions

• No misleading claims or guarantees

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada.
